MSB Board

The business of the MSB is managed by a Board of nine honorary directors elected by the MSB members. Directors are nominated for the Board because of their particular skills, knowledge, learning and experience in areas including:

• Professional Standards
• Alternative Dispute Resolution
• Corporate Governance
• Accounting and or Financial Management
• Law

The current Directors of the MSB Board were elected at the AGM of the MSB held on 11 September 2012.

In addition, on 4 October 2012 the Board resolved to appoint Mark Hebblewhite to fill one of the casual vacancies on the Board under section 11.1.c of the constitution.
